Ticket cancellation policy
Full refund: To be entitled to a full refund, a request to cancel must be made in writing to events@nacfb.org.uk up to 12 weeks prior to the awards ceremony, i.e. by Thursday 3rd September 2026.
Discretionary refund: Refunds in full or part may be issued at the discretion of the NACFB on cancellation requests made to events@nacfb.org.uk after Thursday 3rd September 2026 but received before close of business on Thursday 24th September 2026.
No refund: Refunds are not available on cancellation requests made after Thursday 24th September 2026.
